IRG to Attend NYCA Second Injury Fund Workshop
On February 12, 2008, Candace LaChapelle, Vice President of Business Development at IRG, and Jennifer Rutter, Regional Director of New York Claims at IRG, will be attending the New York Claim Association's February meeting. Presentation topics will include "The Appealing NY State Workers' Compensation Decisions of 2007" and "15-8: A Fund in Transition." Candace and Jennifer will be available after the meeting to answer any further inquiries regarding Section 15-8 and how to continue recovering money from the Fund on claims with dates of injury prior to 7/1/2007.
