Mark J. Nevils to Speak at MRIMS Seminar on September 21st

Mark J. Nevils, Esq., Director of National Claims for Insurance Recovery Group, will be the presenter at the Massachusetts Chapter of RIMS (MRIMS) September 21st Seminar titled "Second Injury Funds: Obsolescence or Opportunity". The seminar will be held at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, 70 Third Avenue, from 7:30am-9:30am. The presentation will discuss the definition, types, and development of second injury funds. It will also discuss whether second injury funds are becoming obsolete, or if there is still a viable opportunity.
