IRG To Present At AMCOMP NYC Seminar
W. Frederick Uehlein, Founder and Chairman of Insurance Recovery Group, will be presenting at the American Society of Workers Comp Professionals (AMCOMP) Seminar on September 7th in New York City. Mr. Uehlein will be joined by Richard Palzcynski, former chief actuary for The Hartford Insurance Company, as well as Robert Snashall, President of Snashall Associates, IRG's most recent strategic partner. The presentation will be titled "Apportionment: Maximizing Cost Reduction Through Apportionment Laws" and will focus on the impact of successful apportionment efforts on claims results, major barriers to successful apportionment practice, as well as attributes of a Best Practice apportionment claim.

Frederick Uehlein, Founder and Chairman of Insurance Recovery Group, and David Jollin, President & CEO, will be presenting at the 9th Annual INFORM Applications User Conference on September 27th at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The presentation will be titled "Second Injury Funds- Obsolescence or Opportunity" and will focus on various aspects of second injury funds, including the impact of successful efforts on claims results, major barriers to successful recovery practice, and a discussion on the impact of the ADA on Second Injury Funds.
