Follow Up to ExecuSummit Seminar
Fred Uehlein, Founder and Chairman for Insurance Recovery Group, was a recent presenter at ExecuSummit's 2nd Annual Workers' Compensation and Subrogation Seminar in New York City. The presentation, titled "Second Injury Funds: Obsolescence or Opportunity" discussed the impact of the ADA regarding second injury funds, as well as the benefits and barriers to successful second injury fund recovery.
