Fred Uehlein To Present At AGRIP 2005 Governance And Leadership Conference
W. Frederick Uehlein, Founder and Chairman of Insurance Recovery Group, will be a presenter at the Association of Government Risk Pools (AGRIP) 2005 Governance and Leadership Conference held November 14-16 in San Antonio, Texas. The presentation, titled "Maximizing Recovery Through Workers' Compensation Second Injury Funds", will include: factors that drive successful claim recoveries, benefits of a Best Practice recovery program, and information on the new apportionment legislation affecting workers' compensation in California.
