Mr. Uehlein has over 33 years experience in workers' compensation insurance practice and has been Managing Partner and Founder of a leading Massachusetts law firm in the field of insurance defense and, prior to that, advocated for injured workers claiming workers' compensation benefits. In addition, Mr. Uehlein is a frequent lecturer and writer on insurance claims issues, second injury fund recovery, COLA recovery, and litigation management. Mr. Uehlein is a member of the Workers' Compensation Trial Lawyers Association, and is on the Advisory Committee of John Burton's "Workers' Compensation Resources." He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Trinity College, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
