Mark J. Nevils, Esq.
Director of National Claims
Mr. Nevils is an attorney with over 17 years experience in workers' compensation auditing,
investigation, and litigation. As Director of National Claims, he oversees
IRG's client recovery in multiple jurisdictions for second injury fund and
COLA. Mr. Nevils also serves as Account Executive for national clients.
Prior to joining Insurance Recovery Group, he was an attorney with Sullivan
and Cronin, where he focused on civil liability and workers' compensation
on behalf of insurance companies. Mr. Nevils speaks and publishes regularly
on second injury fund issues. Mr. Nevils is a graduate of the New England
School of Law, and Tufts University, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts
and New Hampshire.
