Mr. Greenberg has 12 years of experience in second injury fund recovery, focusing almost solely on Massachusetts. Prior to working at Insurance Recovery Group, he was a practicing attorney with Uehlein, Cunningham & Machanic, with emphasis on second injury fund recoveries and workers' compensation defense. He has been involved in all aspects of second injury fund recovery, including management of IRG's Massachusetts second injury fund unit; serving as an Account Executive and point of contact for large insurers; coordinating and conducting file reviews; investigating and perfecting second injury fund reimbursement; and negotiating claims with the Trust Fund. Mr. Greenberg is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and the University of Michigan, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
