Ms. Rutter has been involved in all aspects of second injury fund recovery, including auditing files, perfecting and filing second injury fund petitions, and negotiating recovery for over 9 years. In addition to managing the New York region, Ms. Rutter serves as an Account Executive for major clients. Prior to Insurance Recovery Group, she was a practicing attorney with Uehlein, Cunningham & Machanic, with emphasis on second injury fund recoveries in the insurance industry. Ms. Rutter has also managed projects for TAG Associates, a management-consulting firm. Ms. Rutter is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Assumption College, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
