Ms. Rutter is an attorney with over nine years experience managing all aspects of second injury fund recovery, including auditing, investigating and negotiating claims, with a focus on New York recoveries. In addition to managing the New York region, Ms. Rutter serves as an Account Executive for major clients. Prior to joining Insurance Recovery Group, she managed projects for TAG Associates, a management-consulting firm. Ms. Rutter is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Assumption College, and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
